The Program
I designed SPITPHASE for me. I have been doing this daily routine for most of my life. It is so intense it forces me to face my self doubts (HeadTalk™) to ask the questions that most run from and to see if my purpose is there. On top of that each day as I step to the line I have a choice to make, commit or don't commit its that simple.
The Results
Many athletes on this journey are thanking me for giving them that feeling of self belief and accountability back. That feeling of accomplishment like they had when they left it all on the field. 
The mental game of being pushed so hard that the last 3 mins of the daily routine feels like you're defending your line for repeats efforts.

To gain mental clarity, to beat addiction or depression you need accountability, intensity, routine, discipline and momentum.

SPITPHASE is not for athletes who don't know physical pain (achieved through an intense bodyweight routine) to the point of questioning self belief. The 'Do I still have it'? kind of stuff.
It is not for athletes who do not value self accountability. These athletes on the SPITPHASE journey may not 'want' it but they are honest enough to know they 'need' it in their life.
